It is just off Highway 26, and a short drive from downtown Beaverton or the Sunset Transit Station. The office building resembles a large two-story home and it has a designated parking lot for clients.
When you arrive at your appointment you will walk into a large waiting area. Please note there is no receptionist. Your provider will have informed you on which floor their office is located. If your provider has a first-floor office (Alex Ricketts & Katie Ugolini), please locate your provider’s name on the silver wall panel on the right-hand side. Press the black button next to their name and they will come to get you at your scheduled appointment time.
If your provider has a second-floor office (Jim Rowley), please head up the stairs to the second-floor lobby and locate your provider’s name on the silver wall panel to the right as you come up the stairs. Please press the black button next to their name and they will come to get you at your scheduled appointment time.
ADA Accommodations: The building does not have an elevator, and the second-floor offices are accessible by stairs only. If your provider is located on the second floor, please request ahead of your appointment that they accommodate your needs by using a 1st-floor office. Additionally, the first-floor bathroom is handicap accessible.
Public Transit: The office is conveniently located for those taking public transportation and is most accessible from the Blue Line MAX station at Merlo Rd./SW 158th, and/or by taking the TriMet bus #67 to Walker Rd & 158th Ave. You can find more information about how to plan your public transit trip here (link to tri-met trip planner: https://trimet.org/#/planner)
